1.1 Exploiting You are not allowed to exploit any bugs or use cheats to gain advantage over other users
1.2 Combat Logging Combat Logging is where you have full knowledge of an on-going raid/possible pvp situation on your property/country/on yourself but leave or use /home to get away and/or activate offline raid protection. You must wait 5 minutes before leaving or using /home, once you are aware that a combat situation might be occurring.
1.3 Raiding With Vehicles Raiding with vehicles (e.g. a helicopter that fires missiles) is not allowed because it is too destructive and doesn't give the defender a chance to actually defend themselves, the only vehicle you may raid with is a nuclear missile launcher. You may bomb/destroy bases if they are built within the confines of a building that is part of the map. This rule doesn't apply to structures that are 20 walls high.
1.4 'Safezoning' 'Safezoning' is where you use the safezone to your advantage, if you are mid combat you may not use the safezone to your advantage as you cannot be killed in there. You cant also use it to prevent your vehicles from being destroyed.
1.5 Skybasing You cannot build bases that are not attached to the ground and if a structure exceeds 20 walls high, 1.3 no longer applies.
1.6 Megastructures Whilst it is okay to build long, wide or large structures, any structures that may hinder a computer (or the server's) performance will be demolished and wiped by administrators, megastructures usually are structures that are of an unusual or unnecessary size
1.7 Out-of-bounds Basing If you are part of a nation's group or a sub-group, within a nation, you must not build outside unclaimed territory. All structures must be within your territory, the territory of an enemy nation (one you are at war with) or within the territory of a consenting nation.
1.8 Chaos Raiding If you are part of a nation, you cannot raid another nation unless you have an active war against them.
1.9 Terrorism You cannot raid any nation with a stability above 50%, unless you have a rebellion within them (having a rebellion within a nation means you can raid them even if their stability is above 50%), you can kill anyone but you cannot raid anyone unless these requirements are met.
